Which countries does Asan ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in India, and the UK. We also ship to certain countries in Europe.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Our team dispatches orders almost immediately after they are placed so that we can get your order delivered as quickly as possible. For this reason, we do not currently accept cancellations. If you believe there is a mistake with your order then please contact us via email referencing your name and order number. We will do our best to help you.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders above INR 1,000 or GDP 10. For smaller orders, standard shipping rates apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order should arrive in 3 to 7 business days. However, please be aware that due to the Covid-19 situation, there may be unexpected delays that could affect the delivery of your order. If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days please contact us. Please note that if the delivery agent or carrier states that your order has been delivered, Asan is unable to help — you will have to follow up directly with the delivery agency.

How do I track my parcel?

In your order confirmation email, you will receive a tracking ID which will allow you to follow the progress of your order. Please make sure to check spam and junk folders if you have not received an order confirmation email.

Can I return my order?

Due to the intimate nature of the products that Asan sells, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Please note that it can take a few period cycles to become accustomed to the Asan menstrual cup. If you are struggling with any aspect of using the cup, please have a look at our our FAQ page— this includes a comprehensive list of questions and is updated regularly. If you still have questions (nothing is too intimate or embarrassing!) please docontact usand we will do everything in our power to help.

What if my product is defective?

All of Asan’s products go through rigorous quality and safety checks. In the unlikely event that your product has a defect or is damaged in transit, please reach out to usby emailwith your name, order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. Where appropriate, we will offer you a full replacement.
