Shipping Policy

Which countries does Asan ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in India, and the UK. We also ship to certain countries in Europe.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Our team dispatches orders almost immediately after they are placed so that we can get your order delivered as quickly as possible. For this reason, we do not currently accept cancellations. If you believe there is a mistake with your order then please contact us via email referencing your name and order number. We will do our best to help you.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders above INR 1,000 or GDP 10. For smaller orders, standard shipping rates apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Metro cities: 3-5 working days
Rest of India: 5-7 working days

Please note that if the delivery agent or carrier states that your order has been delivered, Asan is unable to help — you will have to follow up directly with the delivery agency.

How do I track my parcel?

In your order confirmation email, you will receive a tracking ID which will allow you to follow the progress of your order. Please make sure to check spam and junk folders if you have not received an order confirmation email.
