Return and Refunds Policy

Can I return my order?

Due to the intimate nature of the products that Asan sells, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Please note that it can take a few period cycles to become accustomed to the Asan menstrual cup. If you are struggling with any aspect of using the cup, please have a look at our our FAQ page— this includes a comprehensive list of questions and is updated regularly. If you still have questions (nothing is too intimate or embarrassing!) please do contact us and we will do everything in our power to help.

What if my product is defective?

All of Asan’s products go through rigorous quality and safety checks. In the unlikely event that your product has a defect or is damaged in transit, please reach out to us by email with your name, order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. Where appropriate, we will offer you a full replacement.
