Once inside, the cup should open up and create a light seal with your vaginal walls. If it’s correctly positioned, you shouldn’t feel it at all.

Asan’s ring design makes removal much easier. To locate your cup, guide two fingers into the vagina and tug on the ring to bring it lower. 

Once you can feel the base of the cup, pinch it to break the seal, and gently wiggle it out. You can empty it, wash it and reuse it straight away.

No, the Asan period underwear will not stain other clothes.

We recommend rinsing it in cold water before placing them in the washing machine to remove excess blood. This helps preserve both the underwear and the rest of your laundry.

To clean the Asan cup, squeeze a few drops of your OneDrop Cleanser in your cup, dilute with water and spread over cup. You can also boil your Asan cup for 10 minutes before and after your period.

To clean your period underwear, first rinse in cold water. Squeeze a few drops of the OneDrop cleanser on the gusset. Then hand wash or place it in a cold machine wash. Hang to dry.
