    Perfect cup for padless periods

i recently switched to menstrual cups, the cups i had one was too soft and could keep moving downwards and another one was extremely hard, after doing a lot of research i decided to buy asan cup, the customer care support is great, and Mamta suggested to buy a heavy flow cup after listening to all my queries. Asan cup's quality is great after having compared it with other cups i had. my suggestions to whoever is reading this review is please do a lot of research and then find the right cup . Also take care of how to insert it properly, sometimes cup gets inserted with vaccuum but it does not cover the cervix i.e part of cervix will be outside cup and so it leaks, please give two to three cycles atleast to understand your body and the cup, till then you can use a back up pad, Also please do the trials whenever at home and you have lots of time.
lots of thanks and gratitude to the Asan cup team !! leaving some youtube links that helped me alot to learn about proper insertion/removal of menstrual cups:
