Internship Opportunity: Social Impact Intern

Asan believes that every woman and girl, no matter her income or background, deserves access to the highest quality period care. Since our launch in 2021, Asan has reached 75,000+ women through our social impact programs globally. 

This exciting internship is a full-time role to get your foot into the social impact space. You will deliver menstrual health workshops and work closely with our NGO partners to ensure the smooth running of social impact programs. If you are someone who loves talking to people on a day-to-day basis, this is the perfect fit for you.

*This is a paid 6-month internship with the opportunity to be converted into a full-time role at Asan.

What we need from you

Building relationships: Nurture strong, meaningful connections with both new and existing social impact partners globally. You’ll be the friendly voice of Asan - someone our partners trust, enjoy working with, and can always count on.

Research and outreach: You will work closely with the social impact team to conduct research and outreach activities to develop new programs with NGOs and CSR partners. 

Cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate closely with the impact teams to make sure partners always have a seamless, well-supported experience with Asan.

Additional requirements  

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in social sciences, public health, development studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to comfortably talk to people from all walks of life. 

Eager to travel: On occasion, you will be required to conduct fieldwork with our NGO partners across India. 

Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and juggle multiple tasks.

Fluency in English. Other languages such as Hindi or Kannada are a HUGE plus for this role. Please list your languages on your CV.
